To all customers who are still in line for repair today, we sincerely apologize, but our team will only be able to attend to your repair requests tomorrow.

One of our service vehicles encountered an unexpected problem after getting stuck in the mud and is currently unable to move. Meanwhile, our other repair teams are also experiencing difficulties working due to the sudden heavy downpour.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience. Thank you very much for your patience, understanding, and continued support.

Our technicians have located the damaged line connecting to Line #8, Box #8. Rewiring and cable replacement activities are now ongoing, covering the area from MRL Resort to Sitio Pinagpala, Pinagbarilan Baliuag Bulacan.

Some subscribers in the area may experience intermittent internet connectivity during the installation and activation of the terminal box.
