โข Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science or related specialization.โฃโฃ
โข Experience in supporting 3rd party vendor applications and interfaces.โฃโฃ
โข Previous involvement in providing Yardi/MRI support, along with multiple Yardi/MRI modules and training to other users is an asset.โฃโฃ
โข Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.โฃโฃ
โข Demonstrated ability to drive customer projects to timely completion.โฃโฃ
โข Excellent interpersonal skills, along with good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, subject matter experts, and software developers.โฃโฃ

โข Familiarity with Microsoft SQL is an asset.โฃโฃ

โข Act as the initial point of contact for all software and system-related concerns from clients.โฃโฃ
โข Conduct online meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose software-related problems.โฃโฃ
โข Provide support on implementation projects, report writing, data migration, and data conversion projects.โฃโฃ
โข Resolve technical issues related to software promptly.โฃโฃ
โข Identify and escalate software defects to vendors related to support tasks.โฃโฃ
โข Troubleshoot SQL and Server performance issues, analyzing views and stored procedures.โฃโฃ
โข Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring system issues.โฃโฃ
โข Escalate issues to software vendors when required.โฃโฃ
โข Manage multiple cases/tickets simultaneously and support the roll-out of new applications.โฃโฃ
โข Become a solution expert in real estate-specific software supported by Assetsoft (e.g., Yardi, MRI Software, Procore, KriyaGo, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho).โฃโฃ
โข Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, following up with clients to deliver solutions.โฃโฃ
โข Document and maintain all details pertinent to system updates and end-user identification information.โฃโฃ
โข Provide support in the form of procedural documentation.โฃโฃ
โข Assist management in creating training materials related to software troubleshooting and usage.โฃโฃ
โข May be required to coordinate and/or implement minor modules or software implementations as part of the support services.
