Gusto po namin humingi nang paumanhin sa pagkawala nang ating internet data, nawalan po nang internet connection ang ating mainline source o PLDT mula kahapon nang 9am. Nagrequest napo kami mula kahapon nang maintenace mula sa main supplier natin nang bandwidth, at lagi po namin pinafollow up.

Muli po humihingi kami nang paumanhin at pag unawa.

Reasons Why Untill Now We Dont Have Yet Internet in most of our area of coverage.

1. Yesterday Afternoon, March 18, We have strong rain and lighting here at Bambang which causes brown out and LOS (No Internet in our mainline supply) until 8:30 Am of March 19,2022.

2. March 19, 2022. Scheduled brownout at part of Bambang as scheduled by NUVELCO which affect the location of our Server at Banggot, Bambang.

3. March 19,2022. Power restored at part of Bambang which earlier cut off. Except at Magsaysay Hill/Top Hill which is the Location of our Minitower 2. We have informed and requested already to Nuvelco for power restoration and waiting for its completion until this time.

Ipower up po namin kaagad ang Internet Line natin As Soon as maibalik po nang Nuvelco ang kuryente nang Top Hill.

Maraming salamat po sa pag unawa......

Good Morning po sa lahat.

Kami po ay humihingi nang paumanhin at pag-unawa na hanggang ngayon ay di namin naibabalik ang Internet sa aming mga linya sa kadahinalang di pa rin po naibabalik ang linya nang kuryente sa parte nang Banggot, Bambang kung saan naroon ang ating Server dahil sa pagsabog nang Transformer nang Nuvelco kagabi.

Nareport napo sa Nuvelco mula kagabi pa at nainspect na rin nila pero hindi pa nila naibabalik ang kuryente haggang nagayon.

Maraming salamat sa pag-unawa. Inaabangan lang po namin na maibalik nang Nuvelco ang kuryente at Power up na din po kami.

Dear Smartlink-Vizcaya Subscribers and Users

We would like to apologize and ask more of your patience regarding our internet line restoration.

Untill now, We are doing all the remedy for restoration of our internet lines. We have done all the possible means of communications and request from our mainline provider several times and multiple follow up have been done.

We have receive a call and email from our mainline provider Relations Manager today giving us hope and assurance that they will restore our internet line as soon as they can.

Again we apologize and sorry for the inconvenience we have cause.
