• Ducligan, Banaue
• All serviced areas in Mayoyao
• Parts of Aguinaldo

This activity is necessary to address the issue of sudden internet disconnections being experienced in these locations.

During the maintenance period, internet service will be temporarily unavailable.

Internet Service Update

We would like to update all our clients regarding the current status of our internet service.

Starting tomorrow, our team will begin the assessment of our relay towers, main fiber lines, client lines, and servers. We were unable to conduct this assessment immediately after the typhoon due to road closures from Mayoyao to Banaue. We also had to allow IFELCO to complete their power line repairs before proceeding with our fiber line restoration.

If our relay towers have no major damage, we expect to restore internet services by Saturday for some of our clients. However, if we discover significant damage, replacement units may take up to four (4) days to arrive. While waiting, we will continue working on repairs from the main fiber lines down to client connections.

Please note that our network was also affected by the typhoon, just like IFELCO. The restoration of electric power does not automatically mean that internet service will also be available right away.

We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding as we work diligently to restore your internet connection as soon as possible.
