CM Hub is looking for a hardworking and reliable 𝗨𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 / 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 to join our team! If you take pride in keeping a space clean, organized, and running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

📍 Location:
Must be living within 𝓑𝓪𝓷𝓲, 𝓟𝓪𝓷𝓰𝓪𝓼𝓲𝓷𝓪𝓷, or nearby areas.

📋 Main Responsibilities:
𝑫𝒆𝒆𝒑 𝑪𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈: Sweeping, mopping, keeping the floors spotless, cleaning windows and the likes..
𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Helping keep things in order around the hub.
𝑯𝒖𝒃 𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆: Light tasks like watering the plants and assisting with opening/closing.
𝑬𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒔: Running occasional minor errands as needed.

✨ What we are looking for:
𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: Someone who sees what needs to be done and does it.
𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲: Easy to work with, positive, and possesses a "can-do" mindset (no constant complaining).
𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 & 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘆: Someone we can depend on to take care of our space.

☕️ 𝑾𝑬’𝑹𝑬 𝑯𝑰𝑹𝑰𝑵𝑮: 𝑩𝑨𝑹𝑰𝑺𝑻𝑨! ☕️

✅ 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝: We prefer candidates who reside in Bani, Pangasinan or nearby areas.
✅ 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Preferably with prior café, barista, or sales experience (but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!).
✅ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐬: Must be trustworthy, reliable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
✅ 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
