Please be informed that intermittent internet connection may currently be experienced in some areas due to the ongoing power supply issues affecting parts of the Visayas grid.
According to the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), several power plants in the Visayas are under forced outage and reduced capacity, resulting in power interruptions in different areas of Cebu Province, including Barili.
Because our network equipment depends on stable commercial power, some subscribers may experience intermittent connection, slow browsing, or temporary service interruption while the power situation remains unstable.
Our technical team is continuously monitoring the network and services are expected to stabilize once electrical power normalizes in the affected areas.
