To our valued customers, please be advised that the C2C Submarine Cable (Hong Kong–Philippines) Segment 1 Wet Segment is scheduled for maintenance to replace a faulty submarine repeater and restore the affected fiber pairs.

Connectivity will remain active throughout the maintenance period. However, some customers may experience increased latency and intermittent packet loss when accessing global internet services.

Our technical team is taking the necessary measures to minimize potential service impact and maintain network stability throughout the activity.
