REASON: Good day everyone, early this morning we received a lot of complaints from clients in Paloc Sool regarding their internet connection being unavailable. Because of this, the technical team conducted an inspection in the area and found that one of our boxes had fallen and the main line was cut after being hit by a passing truck.

STATUS: Ongoing repair

AFFECTED AREAS:
📍 Paloc Sool, Dumanggas


We are humbly asking for your patience and understanding on this matter. It may take some time since we still need to rewire the main line, but rest assured that the internet connection will be restored as soon as possible.
