WE ARE HIRING — SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist who is confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers, comfortable with outbound prospecting, and able to work independently.
This role is for someone who understands that sales is more than following a script. You should be able to understand an objective, determine what needs to be done, take initiative, and follow through.

- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, marketing, or another customer-facing commercial role.
- Demonstrated understanding of fundamental sales and business development processes.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and initiating conversations with people you have never spoken to before.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision or step-by-step instructions.
- Comfortable learning and using CRM, prospecting, communication, and marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
