We regret to inform our valued subscribers in Banaue, Amganad, and Cababuyan that internet service remains unavailable.
Our technical team was unable to fully identify and resolve the issue. Due to heavy rain and the presence of lightning in the area, our personnel had to vacate the tower sites for safety reasons, as working at elevated locations during a thunderstorm poses significant risks.
Repair and troubleshooting activities will resume early tomorrow morning, weather permitting.
