Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform everyone that, due to the continuous increase in fuel costs and the rising prices of materials necessary for our operations, we are implementing a price adjustment on our water refills.

Effective on Monday April 20, 2026, the price will increase from ₱35 to ₱40 per refill. This adjustment is necessary for us to maintain the quality of our service and ensure uninterrupted supply despite the challenges brought about by ongoing inflation.

In line with this change, we will also be updating our pricing policy. Please be advised that regular discounts will no longer be available. However, promotional prices and special offers will still be provided from time to time as a way of showing our appreciation for your continued support.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these changes. Rest assured that we remain committed to delivering safe, clean, and reliable water service to our community.
