Role Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Officer generates sales through field marketing, phone calls, online inquiries, and public bidding. The position focuses on acquiring new clients in both public and private sectors to maintain Wastecon Inc.'s presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field marketing to secure new clients.
Handle inquiries and convert them into sales.
Participate in public bidding and prepare necessary documents.
Identify business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams.
Track sales, prepare reports, and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or similar.
2+ years of experience in sales or public sector sales, preferably in waste management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of government procurement processes is a plus.
Goal-oriented, willing to travel.
