For the issue for this post it was me who is handling all the artists and no detained was made during the event.
They were supposed to be held if unsettled sa table fees and all of them were already paid. I remit the table fees late and end of the day during the egress of the contractors and tables. All of the table fees under mine were all settled to Otaku Expo Ozine Fest
I'm sorry if this post reaches so many people and for the context of it all, all the artists i handled came home already and no detained was made.
For context:
It's all my fault for this issue, i was not able to remit on time since i went outside the country and the organizers weren't able to contact me and the floor plan was delayed since they were only able to get the full list of artists that i handle. To all those who are waiting for the floorplan i'm sorry if it took a while as well.
In the eyes of Ozine they were not yet paid since the money is within me. Even me not contacting them for past days they still allowed my handled artists to ingress, since i was abroad during the time they were contacting me and i wasn't able to reply. And then during egress i left without a word going home first and i came back to the mall ASAP as well without them knowing that's why this situation rise up. I took all the blame for it since they weren't able to contact me and they are not sure if i will come back to the venue. Reason why they went to Nesemopomuneji to ask for me and during my trip going home they were calling me and i wasn't able to answer it.
I USED THE MONEY for my personal gain and di ako nagbayad on time. Nagbayad artist sa akin and di ko agad naremit sa ozine ang fund dahil nagamit ko sa events ko na inorganize last week for a BL con. It's never ozine and any artists fault. It's all on me.
