HR Assistant, Shipmanagement and recently as Administrative Assistant. After I graduated in March 2008, I am blessed to have my first job in Makati as a Project based - HR Assistant and After, I have been hired again as HR Assistant on recruitment. Performing the task as screening, attending job fairs and assessing the pre-employment requirements of the applicants and administrative tasks as assigned. Also, I've been a Shipmanagement Operator for almost 5 years. As a Crew Manager, the task includes Administrative tasks for each Vessel such as selection of your crews, monitoring the crews performance appraisals and travel documents. While as Administrative Assistant, to support the project and specially the Managers with all coordination and administrative tasks. Administrative & Executive Tasks
- Assist the Managers with his administrative tasks.(Contracts, Clearances, Manpower Requests & etc.)
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
2. Office Management
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Schedule Office Equipment Maintenance
- File Management
- Support other departments on Admin tasks as necessary.
