The company is focused on providing superior, quality and value-added services (i.e. meter reading, courier, temporary service disconnection and reconnection, 3rd party audit, etc.), products (i.e. electricity and water meters, handheld units, portable printers). We likewise offer systems such as Read and Bill, AMR and AMI, among others. All these and more are priced reasonably and competitively to our target market by partnering with only the best in the industry. Since the establishment of USI in 2008, the company has been actively providing meter reading services to a wealth of MAYNILAD’s consumers in Quezon City, CAMANAVA, Sampaloc, Tondo, Pasay and part of Makati areas where our branch offices are strategically located. In May 2010, water bills printing and delivery as well as temporary disconnection and reconnection of water services were added and included in our scope of work. Our entire workforce of over a hundred staff is a combination of full-time and part-time personnel carrying out the above mentioned services, thereby ensuring that our customers receive the most effective and quality service. We continue to look for, discover and determine innovative ways and alternative means to present to our customers, which would lead us to realizing our vision as one of the leading service providers in the industry, meeting the demands of the challenging times.
