While browsing a webpage of quotable quotes, I read

“A PERSON WITHOUT AN INSURANCE IS A WALKING LIABILITY.”

Tumaas ang kilay ko. Kumunot ang noo. Parang ganito nga naman yan. Meron kang car, and since brand new, siyempre may insurance yan. Ikaw na owner, hindi mo priority ang sarili mong insurance. Now, (knock on wood) at may aksidente. Sino pa ang mas may value? Si car. Bakit? Kase may proceeds from the insurance. May St. Peter ka kamo? Teka, nagmamadali ka naman agad, hospital muna. May HMO naman, di ba? Pero take note may limitations ang HMO. Up to what extent lang ang coverage niya and how much?

Dugtungan natin ang kwento. Hindi nadeads, pero nasa ICU. May assets naman ako, may stocks pa ko, may business pa ako, may mga collections ako ng mamahaling gamit. So you mean liquidate natin to cover the hospital bills? Paano naman ang mga susunod na henerasyon mo, kung bread winner ka pa di ba? Or may pamilya naman ako. Ako ang nagpaaral sa mga kapatid ko, imposible namang pagdamutan nila ako. Right, ikaw nga ang tumulong sa kanila na umangat, huwag mo naman sila hataking pababa dahil sa sila ang sasalo sa mga bills mo. Pano kung may mga pamilya na rin silang binubuhay?

May kasabihan nga na ---- “Insurance is bought not because someone has to die, but because there are those who will be left behind who need to continue living.”

Nowadays, mahal na ang magpagamot at mahal din ang mga gamot. Tuloy pa rin natin ang kwento. Since nasa hospital ka, income has somehow stopped coming in since you are not capable of working or trading stocks and your business is now being mismanaged. Ang lungkot, beshie, di ba?

Why am I an advocate of life insurance? Why do I love my career as an agent?

It is because my siblings and I have experienced the hard life when my Mama was struck with critical illness without any health insurance.

We have experienced the hard life when we lost both parents who did not believe in life insurance.

Life would have been a lot better and a lot different if they had gotten life insurance plans for themselves.

I am in this path because I want to make a difference in the lives of the next generation. I don't want kids to lose their dreams when a breadwinner departs from this life.

I want to put bread on the table for families who lose their breadwinners.

I want to provide funds for people who are struck with critical illness.

I deliver hope. I deliver living of life. I deliver a brighter future. To the next generation.

So they can focus on pursuing a brighter future without having to worry about their next meal.

I want to make a difference in the lives of the next generation. Because when I do, the future becomes brighter for our society, for our country.
