We would like to inform you that we are unable to proceed with the scheduled repair works today as our team is currently attending to an urgent mainline repair.
In addition, due to unfavorable weather conditions, we have decided to postpone other job orders for safety reasons. The work involves climbing electric posts, and proceeding under these conditions would pose a serious risk to our technicians.
The repair is therefore rescheduled for tomorrow, once weather conditions improve and it is safe to proceed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety and service reliability.

At present, fiber cables are in high demand due to the extensive damages caused by the recent typhoon, which has led all internet providers to procure large quantities of materials for line restoration.
Rest assured that once the supplies arrive, we will immediately prioritize the restoration of the main line, followed by the individual lines of our clients. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

We would like to inform everyone that our repair team is currently in Brgy. Union and is on the way toward Brgy. Mabunga. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as our linemen are prioritizing the repair of the mainline serving the barangay to ensure full and stable functionality before proceeding with individual or personal line repairs.
At this time, we are unable to provide an exact date for full restoration. Repairs are being done one at a time, as the process is more complex than it may seem. In addition, our team is also attending to job orders from other barangays that are experiencing connectivity issues, all of which require proper inspection before repairs can proceed.
We respectfully ask everyone not to place blame on our linemen. They are working tirelessly and doing their best to restore all affected lines as quickly and safely as possible.

Mahaplag Update as of today,

Good day! We would like to inform everyone that our linemen have successfully restored connectivity to several clients in Brgy. Campin and along the Bananazone lines.
However, due to the large volume of damaged personal/client lines, our team needs additional time to complete all necessary repairs. Our technicians are currently addressing multiple issues and working tirelessly to restore services as quickly and safely as possible. They will be proceeding to other affected areas such as Malinao and Mabunga once the current sites are completed.
For clients who are still offline in areas where our linemen are currently working, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. There may be underlying reasons and unexpected circumstances such as fiber cable conditions and limited supply materials that affect the speed of restoration.
Rest assured, our team is doing everything they can to bring everyone back online at the soonest possible time.

As previously announced, repair work resumed last Monday. Our team had to temporarily halt all restoration activities last Friday due to the approaching Typhoon Wilma, following safety protocols and the advisories released at that time. Once conditions improved, our linemen immediately continued the repairs as scheduled.
However, due to the large volume of damaged cables and the number of individual customer lines that need to be fixed, our teams are unable to complete all restorations within the initial timeframe. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we continue working. While we requested a one week repair, this does not guarantee that all affected areas will be fully restored within that period. Rest assured, our linemen are doing their best to reconnect everyone as quickly and safely as possible.

UPDATE FOR MAHAPLAG AREA,

Today’s repair and restoration work for the internet lines will continue in Brgy. Campin and the Bananazone area. The restoration was paused yesterday due to a shortage of fiber cable supplies, which caused the temporary halt in repairs.
We have now received additional fiber cables and have already notified our linemen to proceed with the work. Please allow them some time, as they are also handling multiple job orders.
