The Negosyo Center at VSU Baybay is ready to assist entrepreneurs with their loan applications through the Small Business Corporation (SBC).

Mandatory Requirements for All Borrowers:

Fully accomplished Loan Application Form (via our Online Loan Application portal)

One (1) valid government-issued ID with photo

Proof of permanent business address (Business must be operational for at least one year)
