Oily skin tips

1. Take half tablespoon ground oatmeal and add some water to form a thick paste.
Apply it over your face and keep it for 15 minutes. Now rinse with plain water

2. Take used green tea bags and put it in refrigerator for sometime. Now slowly tap the old tea bags over the face. Live residue for 15 minutes and rinse it of.
Do it thrice a week

Iba’t Ibang Maliliit Na Operasyon sa Almoranas

Rubber Band Ligation

Ang iyong doktor ay maglalagay ng isa o dalawang maliliit na rubber bands sa base ng internal hemorrhoid para matigil ang blood circulation dito. Matutuyo ang almoras at matatanggal sa loob ng isang linggo. Marami ang nagsasabi ng naging epektibo ang procedure na ito sa kanila.

Injection (Sclerotherapy)

Sa procedure na ito, tuturukan ng chemical solution ang iyong almoranas para paliitin ito. Wala halos mararamdaman na sakit sa prosesong ito ngunit, hindi ito kasing-epektibo ng rubber band ligation.
