Job Title: Cook/Chef
Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan

Job Summary:
-We are looking for a talented and dedicated Cook/Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for cooking delicious food.
Key Responsibilities:
-Food Preparation:
-Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality according to recipes and standards.
-Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients.
-Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
Menu Planning:
-Assist in creating and updating menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
-Develop special dishes and daily/weekly specials.
Kitchen Operations:
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
-Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
-Manage inventory, track supplies, and reduce waste.
Team Collaboration:
-Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
-Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive and -productive work environment.
Compliance and Safety:
-Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage, and cleanliness.
-Ensure all kitchen practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
-Perform regular quality checks on food and kitchen equipment.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or similar setting.
-Knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
-Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus but not required.
-Valid food handlerβs certification or equivalent.
