To all our clients, seafarers, and the general public:

We would like to clarify that Journey Maritime Management Services does NOT claim to be a MARINA-accredited processing center and does NOT issue, release, print, or produce SID/SRB.

Our SID/SRB service is strictly limited to appointment assistance. We assist seafarers in navigating the appointment process and securing an available schedule through the proper MARINA channels.

The actual application, evaluation, approval, processing, and issuance/release of the SID/SRB are handled solely by MARINA and its authorized offices/processing centers.

Our previous use of the term “SID/SRB Processing” was intended to refer to our assistance with the appointment/application process, and not to imply that we have the authority to issue or release the actual SID/SRB.

We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding that our wording may have caused. We value transparency and want to make it clear to everyone what our service covers.

For your safety and protection, please be guided accordingly:
