AMOINGON, BOAC, MARINDUQUE

JOB BRIEF
We are looking for an Administrative & Accounting Staff to manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate.

Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. A Finance or Accounting and Bookkeeping experience is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
• Process bank deposits
• Reconcile financial statements
• Prepare, send and store invoices
• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
• Submit tax forms
• Identify and address discrepancies
• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Assist in other related tasks

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field is a plus but not mandatory

JOB OPENINGS:

ESO Merchandising, OPC is currently looking for:

1. Admin and Accounting Staff (Marinduque-based)

Responsibilities:
Review financial statements for accuracy and
legal compliance
Prepare and file tax returns
Enter accounting related information into
business logs
Inspect account books for efficiency and
accuracy
Organize and update financial records
Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance
revenue
Perform monthly bank settlements
Prepare documentation for auditors and
accountants

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
required
At least two years’ experience in accounting or a
related field
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously
Ability to read and analyze financial reports

2. Personal Assistant (Manila-based)

Responsibilities:
Typing, formatting, and editing reports,
documents, and presentations.
Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping
records of the boss' other businesses.
Liaising with suppliers, answering calls, and
making travel arrangements.
Managing internal and external correspondence.
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events
calendar, and sending reminders.
Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well
taking notes.
Preparing facilities for scheduled events and
arranging refreshments, if required.
Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well
as managing mail and courier services.
Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce,
Finance or Accounting
With understanding of basic accounting principles.
Certification in secretarial work, office
administration, or related training.
1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant
would be advantageous.
Proficient use of Microsoft Programs and Google
Suite.
Good problem solving skills and ability to finish
multiple tasks within a short period of time
without supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to think
critically.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling
confidential information from their boss.
Advanced typing, note-taking, record keeping, and
organizational skill
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.

After a long social media absence (because of our failure to recover our old account), we are happy to announce that we are back - merrier and brighter!

As a treat to our Marinduqueño kababayans, we spared no effort to showcase our love for the Christmas Season. After almost three years of lockdown and covid scares, we all deserve this!
