Matagal nang tinukoy ng publiko na ang BIR ang sentro ng katiwalian. Pero tapos na ang panahong iyon. Sa kasalukuyang pamunuan, natanggal na ang “systemic cancer” na matagal na sumira sa tiwala ng taumbayan.

Habang lumalabas sa mga ulat ang mga katiwalian sa flood control projects, nakatuon ang BIR na manatiling malinis, agresibo, at makipagtulungan sa lahat ng imbestigasyon.

Ang buwis ng taumbayan ay hindi dapat mapunta sa bulsa ng iilan. Sa BIR, sisiguraduhin naming ang bawat pisong nakokolekta ay para sa mga serbisyong tunay na nakikinabang ang sambayanan.
