**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Dispatcher to manage the coordination between customers, merchants/vendors, and delivery riders. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, real-time communication and logistics operations. You will be responsible for taking orders through various sales channels, coordinating with merchants to confirm bookings, and dispatching delivery riders in real-time. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Receive and process orders from various channels, including social media, phone, and email.
* Liaise with merchants/vendors to confirm reservations, bookings, and product availability.
* Dispatch orders to delivery riders in real-time using our internal system.
* Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
* Address customer inquiries and provide updates on delivery statuses.
* Resolve any issues or delays in coordination with merchants and riders.
* Maintain records of all transactions and deliveries for tracking and reporting.

**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or dispatching is a plus.
* Strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be proficient in using communication tools like phone, email, and social media platforms.
* Comfortable working with delivery riders and coordinating logistics in real-time.
* Must be willing to work in Bugallon, serving the surrounding areas.
* Ability to use basic office software for tracking and reporting purposes.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Sales Agent to join our growing team. The role involves daily on-field activities, selling products to sari-sari stores and other potential clients that fit our customer persona. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and the ability to navigate the rural market landscape, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily visits to sari-sari stores and other local businesses to promote and sell products.
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with store owners and customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Provide product demonstrations and ensure product visibility in stores.
• Monitor and report market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in field sales within FMCG brands.
• Strong understanding of the local market dynamics, particularly in rural areas.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel daily within the assigned area.
• Familiarity with the areas of Lingayen, Bugallon, Aguilar, and Binmaley is a plus.
