November 18, 2025 | Product Innovation through Upcycling and Orientation on Ecological Waste Management

The Department of Trade and Industry, through Negosyo Center Bulalacao, conducted a seminar entitled Product Innovation through Upcycling and Orientation on Ecological Waste Management aims to help participants adopt climate-smart, environmental friendly, and to understand the importance of proper waste management.

The activity attended thirteen (13) representatives of cooperative and associations in Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro.

Big thanks to our resource speakers from the Environmental Management Bureau, Mr. Deunise Angelo H. Abu for discussing the Ecological Waste Management Act and Ms. Charity Linatoc of MENRU Victoria for giving her expertise in Upcycling. 🥳

Sa pangunguna ng Negosyo Center at pagtanggap ni Association of Barangay Captains (ABC) President Enrico C. Villas ng Barangay Campaasan bilang Konsyumer Advocacy Partner (KAP), opisyal nang inilunsad ang “DTI, KAPartner Mo sa Barangay” Program sa bayan ng Bulalacao! 💙

Layunin ng programang ito na palawakin ang consumer education at protection sa bawat barangay sa pamamagitan ng pakikipagtulungan sa mga Barangay Captains at Councils. Sa tulong ng ating mga KAPartners, mas mapapalakas ang kamalayan ng mga konsyumer sa kanilang karapatan at responsibilidad. 🏘️💪
