Our military reservist force is evolving.

With the removal of mandatory CAT (Citizens Army Training) and Basic ROTC (Reserve Officers’ Training Corps) in past years, the natural pipeline of young reservists significantly decreased.

Today, many of our reservists are seasoned and experienced — and we honor their dedication.

But succession matters.

That is why we double our efforts in BCMC (Basic Citizen Military Course) recruitment — bringing in young professionals, men and women of competence and character — to strengthen the next generation of citizen-soldiers.

A strong reserve force is not built overnight.
It is built intentionally.
