PHOTOPRO TRADING AND GENERAL MERCHANDISE CO. is in need of the following.
📌 STOCK CUSTODIAN (1)
Functions:
- Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from the stockroom.
- Issue or distribute materials, products, and parts to customers based on information from incoming requisition.
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in the stockroom.
- Receive and count stock items and record data.
- inspecting inventory for damage and recording data.
- Overseeing proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.
- Checked the actual items against the delivery receipt and purchase order.
- Responsible for reporting any damages of parts or machines that came from shipment to the Purchase Coordinator.
- Load and unload stock from delivery vehicles and transport to and store in the designed location.
QUALIFICATIONS:
📍MALE OR FEMALE
📍Must be at least a College undergraduate or Degree Holder.
📍Work experience for the said Position is a plus.
📍Must have knowledge and experience in Inventory
📍Willing to work 6 days a week 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
📍Strong time management skills and multitasking ability.
📍Superb written and verbal communication skills.
📍Can work independently.
📍 Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
📍Ability to perform repetitive motion for long periods of time.
📍Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work at particular heights.
