It is owned and managed by DOLE-registered Authorized Managing Officer (AMO) JOEFIL CERCADO JOCSON, a duly registered and licensed Civil Engineer by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). By virtue of RA 4566 as amended by PD 1746, formerly DYAS is a PCAB licensed contractor with PCAB License Number 38791 Category D. Also, DYAS has been accredited by and is a premium vendor of Dun & Bradstreet with D-U-N-S Number 722642097 to be included in the list of AYALA accredited Vendors, Filinvest Land, Aboitiz Land, PA Properties to name a few. Formerly DYAS Construction and Management Consultants was established on 26 February 2014 has its official business address located at B14L14 Cecilia Village 1, BRGY. DYAS, offers Project Management and Building Completion services as per Mayor’s & Business Permit No. BPLD1415923 and BIR Permit No. 4RC000793349. Also, in compliance to Rule 1020 of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (as amended, 1989) of the Department of Labor and Employment, DYAS acquired the Certificate of Registration with reference number RO305-NE-1404-RE-III-007 given on the 24th day of April 2014 from DOLE-Nueva ECIJA Field Office in Cabanatuan City. DYAS is also registered with SSS, PAGIBIG & PHILHEALTH as a legal requirement of a business to secure all its employees.
