I think this is truly worth sharing.

When I first met Justin, he was so shy I could barely get him to speak – just a few nods or grunts. I know I can be direct, maybe even a bit intense, but something must have sparked his interest because he kept coming back, diving into a variety of activities.

I knew he was tech-savvy, but I didn’t expect him to step up with such initiative. You might think it was a small act, but I don’t see it that way. To me, it’s actually a big deal. As someone still learning the ropes as a trainer or mentor, I had overlooked adding audio to a nearly hour-long video recording. The whole thing was muted.

So, I asked Justin to come by, as I had a task in mind for him, and while we were talking, I casually mentioned the muted video. Without missing a beat, he said that he was able to RECORD THE WHOLE THING!

Anyways, that's what the Alpha stage is for—catching those mistakes, learning, and improving for the next round.

Honestly, my heart is filled with joy! Everyone is stepping up, doing their part, and I couldn’t be prouder of the team we’ve built. I’m incredibly proud of each of you—thank you, everyone, for bringing your best!
