🌙 Lately, I’ve realized that mental health isn’t just about feeling okay.
It’s about creating space — for stillness, for quiet thinking, for simply existing without having to prove anything.
As an introvert, I used to feel guilty for needing time alone to recharge.
But now I see that silence isn’t emptiness.
It’s healing.
Mental health means pausing before reacting.
It’s stepping back when your thoughts are loud.
It’s choosing peace, even when your productivity feels low.
You don’t have to be “on” all the time to matter.
You’re allowed to rest, to slow down, to breathe. 🌿
