What is Thinkers Coworking and Study Space? Thinkers is a coworking and study space designed for digital nomads, students, board-takers, freelancers, remote workers, business owners, and other professionals. We offer a quiet and comfortable environment with amenities to help you stay producti
ve. Where is Thinkers located? We are located at Unit 103 Knights of Columbus Building, Burgos Street, Sangitan, Cabanatuan City, Philippines, 3100. We are just 2-3 minutes from McDonald's and Watsons Burgos, and Jollibee Del Pilar, and about 3-5 minutes from NE Crossing. What are your operating hours? We are open from 8 AM to 9 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and from 8 AM to 6 PM on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Are you open 24 hours? Not yet. How much does it cost to use the coworking space? Our rates start at ₱60 per hour. We also offer discounted rates for longer stays:
2-hour pass: ₱110
3-hour pass: ₱150
5-hour pass: ₱225
8-hour pass: ₱320
1-week (40-hour pass): ₱1,400
1-month (160-hour pass): ₱4,000
What is included in the hourly rate? The rate includes access to spacious seating, serving of cookies, unlimited brewed coffee, air conditioning, and up to 600 Mbps internet connection. Do you offer discounts for long-term use? Yes, you can save with our 1-week pass for ₱1,400 or a 1-month subscription for ₱4,000, giving you up to 160 hours of usage. And on top of that, 10% discount for members. What are the benefits of your membership? Membership costs ₱500 and includes a free 3-hour stay upon signup, a 10% discount on all services for a year, and a 20% discount on your birthday. You also receive a Thinkers tote bag, personalized journal, keychain, mousepad, tumbler, and loyalty and friendship cards. Due to the customizable process, Thinkers Merch will be released at least a week to a month after membership signup. Membership is valid for one year. Is membership transferable? No, membership is non-transferable. Only the cardholder is entitled to the benefits. What is the price for booking a meeting or conference room? The rate for meetings, conferences, or seminars is ₱1,500 for the first hour and ₱1,250 for each additional hour. We can accommodate 20-32 people and provide one serving of cookies, unlimited brewed coffee, and water for your group. For other food options, please message us for details. While we do not provide meeting materials, you can use our portable mic and speaker. A 50% down payment is required at the time of booking, and reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. If you are a member, a 10% discount applies. Do you have a printer or recopying machine that I can use? None as of the moment. Are kids allowed in the coworking space? Yes, children aged 2-3 can join for free if they share a seat with their accompanying adult (one free child per adult) and will not make uncomfortable behavior. Kids below 2 years old are not allowed for safety reasons. We also offer books and games to keep kids entertained while their parents work. Please note that pets are not allowed in the space. Is there parking available? Yes, we offer free and spacious parking for our customers, but on a first-come, first-parked basis, and no reservations are allowed. Can I bring a group and get a discount? Groups of at least four people can avail of a 10% service discount. Can I just hang out without renting the space when I buy drinks? We appreciate your interest in enjoying our coffee and fruit drinks! However, we kindly require that all guests rent the space to ensure a comfortable and productive environment for everyone. You can order drinks to-go, and while we prepare your order, you can stay, but you will have no access to our WIFI and will stay seated as long as we are not a full house. Thank you for understanding! What kinds of beverages do you offer? We serve free house-brewed coffee, and for a more flavorful experience, we offer espresso-based and fruit-based drinks, all presented in 16oz cold to-go cups. Our espresso-based drinks include Americano (₱90), Latte (₱100), and flavored options like French Vanilla, Caramel, Salted Caramel, and Mocha (₱120). Our fruit-based drinks are priced at ₱100 each, with flavors like Strawberry Latte, Blueberry Latte, Peach Mango Latte, Passion Fruit Soda, Lychee Soda, and Strawberry Soda. Do you provide snacks? Yes, we offer free cookies for all our guests and have a delightful selection of snacks, including cup noodles, crunchy chips, soft bread, creamy yogurt, and delicious chocolates. Is Wi-Fi included in the rates? Yes, all our hourly rates include high-speed Wi-Fi up to 600 Mbps. We use a Wi-Fi mesh system to ensure strong, reliable connectivity throughout the space so you can enjoy seamless internet access wherever you sit. How do I book the meeting or conference space? You can book the meeting or conference room in advance through our staff. The rate for the first hour is ₱1,500, with succeeding hours at ₱1,250. Do you have a loyalty or rewards program? Yes, our members receive loyalty and friendship cards as part of the membership package, which includes various perks and bonuses. Loyalty card: Visit Thinkers, spend at least one hour, and get a stamp on your loyalty card. You can get one stamp per visit per day. Friendship card: Bring a friend; both of you must spend a minimum of one hour and get a stamp on your friendship card. You can get one stamp per paying friend. Both cards are non-transferable. Can I take my in-house coffee to-go? No, we kindly ask that you consume our in-house coffee within the space to avoid waste. As a complimentary offering, we encourage you to enjoy it here, and take-out is not allowed. We will provide one reusable cup per person, and we kindly ask that you avoid making a mess by cleaning as you go. Trash cans are available for your waste, and we request that you surrender your cup at the counter before leaving the space. Thank you for understanding and for helping us maintain a sustainable environment! What are the available modes of payment? We accept payments in cash, GCash, or online payment methods, all at no additional cost. Guests can pay upon arrival or when placing their order, making the process quick and convenient. If I am unsure how many hours I will need, can I pay for open time? Yes, you can pay for open time! However, we do not offer half-hour increments; you must purchase a minimum of one hour. Please note that we also do not allow broken times for packages—if you choose the 3-hour package, you must use the full three hours. Broken time only applies to our weekly and monthly subscriptions. Can I request specific music? Yes, you can request specific music if it is not loud or contains inappropriate language. Can I request that the lights be changed? Yes, we have three modes of light: cool white, warm white, and warm yellow. Can I bring outside food or drinks? No outside food or drinks are permitted except for water in a reusable tumbler. If you need to consume food or drinks outside, we can provide a table outside. Can they hang out with me if I have friends over and they do not want to avail of the space service? Unfortunately, we do not allow guests who haven't rented the space to hang out. To ensure a productive environment for everyone, all visitors must avail themselves of our hourly rates except for to-go drink orders. Do you have facilities for personal belongings? No, we do not provide secure storage for personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to be mindful and careful with their items, as we are not liable for any loss. However, we do have CCTV cameras in place for security purposes. Is there a limit on the number of devices I can connect? Yes, only two gadgets per customer are allowed for connection and charging to ensure everyone can access power outlets. We have numerous power outlets available, including USB cable-ready outlets for your convenience. What if I need to use the restroom? Our spacious comfort room is readily available for your convenience. But please read our comfort room guidelines. We encourage you to take care of your needs as necessary, and please do not leave your belongings unattended. The restroom has sanitary pads and wipes, which you can pay later at the cashier. Is smoking or va**ng allowed inside? No, smoking and va**ng are strictly prohibited inside the coworking space. Can I have phone or video calls inside the coworking space? To maintain a quiet environment, we request you step outside for phone, messenger, or video calls. Is it okay to talk with others while working? Yes, but please keep conversations discreet and respect the quiet ambiance other customers need to focus on. Can I listen to music or watch videos? Yes, but please use earphones to avoid disturbing others when watching videos, movies, or listening to music. Do I need to share my table or seat with others? Yes, since this is a shared space, we ask that you share seats and tables when necessary. If you prefer privacy, you can reserve a specific space in advance.
