For the past 20 years or so I have been freelancing as beautician cm massage therapist to augment the family's income. Different training sessions have I attended with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to hone my skills in the area of massage therapy, pedicure, foot spa, manicure hairdressing and in almost every area as regards making beautiful people more beautiful and relaxed.

I specialize in the massage therapy, incorporating with it the ventuza system, an old and proven technique of our Filipino ancestors, in applying glasses to special areas in the body sucking negatively charged ions whereafter a feeling of a very relaxing condition follows after the session.

Then I was invited by the TESDA to become trainer in my field of specialization, after passing the TESDA's very strict and rigorous evaluation and assessments.

When I started being trainer of TESDA in the massage therapy, manicure, pedicure hair dressing...., I have observed that after the training sessions, some graduates readily applied what they learned and eventually earned modest incomes. BUT...but..but...many of them just had not had the chance or opportunity to practice their learned skills. The reason? There is no ready and available place to start.

The idea now is to establish a place where graduates of my class can practice their skills and later, should they pass the assessment by the TESDA would be hired by LUZ' PLACE thereby creating employment for them!
