AGG is the MLM MAFIA. 🔥
Just imagine—some of the most badass networkers in the industry came from here, and many of them have gone on to build their own companies.
AGG is where legends are made. 🔥
PEOPLE COME AND GO. PURPOSE REMAINS.
After 20 years of AGG and decades in this industry, one thing I have learned is that not everyone who walks with you today is meant to walk with you forever.
After all these years, I can name thousands of people who left—and thousands more who came in. Some stayed, some found a different path, and some discovered new dreams and opportunities.
That’s the natural cycle of life and business.
People come. People grow. People move on. And new people arrive carrying new dreams and new stories.
Let them.
Let people explore. Let people grow. Let them choose what they believe is best for their lives.
We don’t blame anyone for choosing another direction. We respect everyone’s journey.
Instead, we choose gratitude.
I am grateful that, at one point, AGG became their home. And it makes me proud to see that AGG has helped create leaders, entrepreneurs, and strong voices who are now making their own noise in the industry.
Wherever life takes you, just never forget who you were before AGG, who you became while you were here, and how this journey helped shape the person you are today.
Because leadership is not about holding people so tightly that they are afraid to leave. It is about building something meaningful enough that people carry something valuable from it wherever they go.
So I don’t spend my days counting who left.
I look at the lives we have touched, the people who continue to stand with us, and the new people walking through our doors with a dream.
I appreciate those who came.
I wish well those who moved on.
And I deeply value those who are still here.
To everyone who continues to believe, build, and stand with us—you are not simply the people who stayed. You are the people who continue the story.
People will come and go. Seasons will change. But the vision continues.
Let them choose their path.
Let us continue ours.
And wherever life takes us, always choose a grateful heart.
