✅ CLOUD DEPLOYMENT TECHNICAL LEAD
1. Must be a certified Solutions Architect (minimum) on any or all of the following: AWS, Azure, GCP.
2. Knowledgeable and with hands-on experience on different cloud architecture: Private, Public, and Hybrid.
3. Knowledgeable and with hands-on deployment experience on different cloud infrastructure such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
4. Good understanding of network infrastructure and security.
5. Must have strong communication skills.
✅ CYBERSECURITY DEPLOYMENT TECHNICAL LEAD
1. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
2. Good understanding of IT infrastructure Understanding of log analysis and security forensics.
3. Ethical Hacking experience.
4. Actual hands-on experience in Administering and Deploying Security solutions (Firewall, UTM, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Endpoint Security, Application Protector) borth on-prem and Cloud.
5. Understands cloud infrastructure such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Backup as a Service (BaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
✅ TRAINER - Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, VIASH, M2M
1. Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
3. Knowledgeable and with hands-on experience on different business applications like Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other productivity applications.
4. Knowledgeable of the different Change Management framework.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
6. Google Cloud Google Workspace / G Suite Certified (Optional)
7. Certified Microsoft Adoption Specialist (Optional)
✅ FLOW THROUGH / WORK ORDER MANAGER (Project Exodus / Modernization)
1. Impressive corporate communication and interpersonal skills
2. Familliarity with executing and monitoring various end to end processes
3. Knowledgeable and with hands-on experience on different business applications like Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other productivity applications.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
✅ PROJECT MANAGERS
1. Delivery of project output within scope, time, and budget as agreed with project proponents
2. Continuous improvement and fine tuning of project management competency and processes to ensure efficient service delivery
3. Defines deliverables and scope of project, map out required process to accomplish deliverables, organize all resources required, manage, synchronize and align all components and activities according to agreed timelines, budget and quality
4. Performs all project management activities and processes based on standards, Globe standard project management standards and processes, and industry best practices
5. Manages project-based relationships. Establishes a good working relationship with the Project Sponsors. Directs, manages and motivates the Project Team
