Ernie is a Professional Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in the field of Electrical Engineering both in design and construction.

Passed the Assistant Electrical Engineering Board Exam given on September 1979 with a general rating of 92.15% and Professional Electrical Engineering Board Exam given on April 1994 with a general rating of 77.65%.

He has been involved in the design of various types of projects which include Geothermal Power Plants, Oil Refinery, Industrial Plants, Military Facilities, High Rise Buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, Sport Complex, Telecommunications, Transportation Facilities, Educational Facilities, Villas, Industrial, Commercial & Residential Site Developments and others. The projects are located here in the Philippines and abroad (UK, USA, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Dubai, Azerbaijan).

Ernie’s design and construction experiences also cover the HV Substation (Up to 115 KV), Low and High Voltage Distribution Networks (230 V up to 69 KV) and Overhead and Underground Distribution Systems.

In addition to the above, he has site experiences such as the construction of Nuclear Power Plants, Industrial Plants, High-Rise Buildings, Hotels and Site Developments, all are located in the Philippines.

His extensive design exposure has made him adaptable to local and international codes and standards, other regulatory requirements and engineering practices in the industry.
