Hot take: Hiring a content creator before you have a strategy is like hiring a chef before you have a menu.
You'll get food. Just not the right food.
I see this constantly with coaches and consultants. They bring in someone talented - great videos, clean graphics, consistent posting and still wonder why nothing is converting.
Here's the thing: ex*****on without direction is just expensive noise.
Strategy answers the questions your content needs to exist:
— Who are we talking to?
— What problem are we solving?
— What do we want them to do next?
Once those are locked, a creator can do their best work. Without them, even the best content misses.
Strategy first. Always.
