Hello everyone, I've recently submitted a recovery request, and Facebook has temporarily put my DollTita_ByJade account under review. I'll have to wait for 48 hours to receive their response and regain access to my account. I can still make posts on this page because my Instagram account is still connected to it.

DOLLTITA FACEBOOK ACCOUNT UPDATE:

Greetings, everyone. I regret to inform you that at this time, I am unable to access my page, DOLLTITA, using both my personal and doll accounts. This problem emerged last night, and I'm still quite frustrated by my inability to reach my page through either account. Fortunately, my Instagram account remains linked to my page, allowing me to share my Instagram posts there. However, I'm unable to perform any other actions.

I'm currently in the process of packing orders that are ready to be shipped, and I'm encountering some difficulties in identifying customers who ordered specific eyes

"cloud eyes"

If you are among those who ordered these eye products, please send me a message at my FB doll account, DollTita_ByJade.

As for those who ordered other items, I do have records of your orders, and I will be reaching out to you through my doll account with shipping information and other details. This situation is truly frustrating for me. I've already contacted Facebook today and am awaiting their response. I also reported this issue last night, but unfortunately, there has been no response or resolution from their end. I'm eagerly awaiting their assistance in resolving this matter. I hope that it will be resolved soon, and I can regain access to my page.
