Ours began with Lola Pacita, who found herself making delicacies in the city of golden friendship over 50 years ago. Her recipes passed down from generations then remodeled time and time through the years to perfectly please the palate of our fellow kagay-anons. Most delicacies are bound to be lost just as soon as the one stops cooking and baking but an exceptional dish shouldn’t be left forgotten
