Meet Mary Grace Boyles, one of our sorters at NuMat. She has only been with us for two months, but her words remind us why the work we do matters.
For Mary Grace, being part of NuMat means more than having a job. It means having a source of livelihood, an opportunity to support her family, and work that creates a ripple effect across her community, from the people who sort and process our bamboo to the farmers and harvesters who make everything possible.
Every bamboo board we produce passes through many hardworking Filipino hands. Behind every piece are families earning, communities growing, and local bamboo farmers finding a stronger market for what they cultivate and harvest.
