To all our valued customers,

Just today, one of our customers was scammed by an unknown number pretending to be from Mark Ansin Lechon House.

The scammer texted our customer claiming that:

The Cash on Delivery (COD) amount was too high
* Walay rider daw mo dawat sa delivery
* They asked the customer to send ₱4,200 via online transfer (PayMaya)
* Aron ₱4,000 nalang ang balance bayaran sa rider upon delivery
* Gi-rush pa jud ang customer to send the payment ASAP

⚠️ PLEASE BE AWARE:
❌ Once COD. We DO NOT ask for advance payments (except for the downpayment amount) through personal numbers or unknown accounts
❌ We DO NOT pressure customers to send money urgently
❌ All official transactions are communicated only through our official page, verified contact number and sa personal fb account sa anak sa tagiya

✅ For your safety:
* Always confirm orders directly through us or our official page
* Do NOT entertain suspicious messages or unknown numbers
* When in doubt, message us immediately before sending any payment
