AODKI started in the design and construction of residential houses in Metro Manila and Cavite City as early as 2001 when he is still working as project inspector of RJD Construction Management during the time of construction of 11 storey Beato Angelico project (Architecture Building) at UST campus Spaña, Manila with his first residential project near SM Las pinas . But due to initial success and continued growth in the field of construction, it grew from a Single Proprietorship in 2002 to AOD KONSTRUCT, Inc., a Corporation in 2007. In just a short period of time, AODKI built and established a trusted name and excellent reputation in the construction industry due to its trustworthiness and reliability as attested to by its many foreign or abroad-based customers, who have become highly-satisfied homeowners or building investors. These highly-satisfied customers simply relied on an open and transparent business relationship with AODKI which is founded on Mutual Trust – the essential principle which bridges distance & absence as well as turns mere architectural drawings into elegant dream homes and/or income-generating building investments!
