WE’RE HIRING: LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
BidaBoss - Supplier Lead Generation, LinkedIn & Page Inbox Management
Location: Pasig City
Work Setup: Office-Based
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified supplier leads for the Supplier Acquisition Team.
Your role is to find suppliers, brand owners, and manufacturers across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, SMS, and email — qualify them, and hand them to Team 3 or the CSO for presentation and closing.
You will also manage the CSO’s LinkedIn account, the BidaBoss LinkedIn page, and incoming messages from the BidaBoss Facebook community pages.
This role is measured not only by the number of leads generated, but by the quality of those leads and how many successfully close.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LinkedIn Management — CSO Account & BidaBoss Page
• Manage the CSO’s LinkedIn account through regular posting, networking, and outreach
• Manage the BidaBoss LinkedIn page with consistent posting and brand-building content
• Identify and message suppliers, manufacturers, and brand owners through LinkedIn
• Build and maintain prospect lists targeting supplier decision-makers and brand owners
Supplier Lead Generation
• Maintain a list of 100+ active supplier prospects at all times
• Execute 8–16 scheduled calls per day and 40–80 scheduled calls per week
• Reach out to prospects through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, SMS, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects by confirming they are decision-makers and have products suitable for dropshipping
• Generate qualified supplier leads and endorse them to Team 3 or schedule calls with the CSO
• Follow up consistently with a minimum of 3 touchpoints before marking a lead inactive
• Maintain a clean CRM or tracking sheet with lead status and next steps
• Submit a weekly pipeline report covering outreach, responses, scheduled calls, and handoffs
page Inbox Management
• Respond to all incoming messages and inquiries on the BidaBoss pages
• Provide professional and timely responses to supplier and seller inquiries
• Escalate high-intent supplier inquiries to the CSO or Team 3 immediately
• Escalate high-intent seller inquiries to the CSO for Team 4 endorsement
• Maintain an organized inbox log and report important concerns or opportunities daily
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 1 year experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or digital outreach
• Strong communication skills and confidence in messaging or calling business owners
• Active LinkedIn user with experience managing business or personal LinkedIn accounts
• Comfortable handling page inboxes and responding to high volumes of messages
• Knowledge of e-commerce, dropshipping, or online selling is a strong advantage
• Highly organized, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Self-starter mindset with strong initiative and consistent daily output
