We will inform you on the designated bank account in which to make the deposit/payment upon confirmation of reservation. This may vary depending on the resort you have selected. After payment, a scanned copy of the deposit slip or any proof of payment must be emailed with your name, resort selected, final headcount and dates and time of arrival and departure. We will then send you a receipt email with a location map of the chosen private resort, travel directions, your name and remaining balance to be presented to the caretaker of the resort. The remaining balance shall be paid in cash before check-out including other fees incurred (if any). OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. RESERVATION FEE: Minimum 50% down-payment is required and must be deposited to our bank account to confirm your reservation. Resevation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON APPEARANCE on the schedule will be FORFEITED.
2. RE-BOOKING is applicable as long as the customer will notify us at least 10 days prior to the initial reservation date. Standard Rate will apply.
3. Additional fee of Php 100.00 to 200.00 per person will be charged to the customer in excess of the agreed quantity of guests.
4. EXTENSION of hours depends on the availability of the resort. Customer must inform the Resort Administrator at least 2 hours before the end time in order to confirm if the stay can be extended. Extended hour rate:
OFF PEAK SEASON = Php 500.00 to 1000.00 per hour
LPG - Php 200.00 per 11 hours
