1. Fasting 8-10hrs. Bawal po kumain sa umaga bago magpakuha ng dugo.
2. Magdala na po ng urine(ihi)sample. Pwede na po bumili ng urine bottle/specimen bottle at lagyan ng pangalan. Dito po ilagay ang sample ng ihi.
3. Magpunta sa clinic at magpalista sa amin at kukuhanan ng Blood pressure (BP). Hintayin na tawagin para kuhanan ng blood sample.
4. Makukuha ang resulta after 3days.
