Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
Process orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and other departments
Communicate with clients regarding order status and inquiries
Maintain and update customer records and sales reports
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Knows how to manage social media posting is advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)
