Yani Service is a growing local marketplace that helps customers easily find nearby stores and service providers. We work closely with small businesses to help them get more visibility and customers through our platform.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Service Provider Acquisition Specialist to help onboard local stores and service providers (e.g., salons, repair services, clinics, home services) onto our platform. This role focuses on direct outreach, communication, and onboardingβnot technical work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact local service providers via Facebook Messenger, phone calls, and in-person visits (if applicable)
- Explain the benefits of joining Yani Service in simple terms
- Convince service providers to register on the platform
- Collect business details (services, pricing, photos, contact info)
- Assist with creating and completing provider profiles
- Follow up with interested but unresponsive providers
- Track outreach and onboarding progress using simple tools (e.g., Google Sheets)
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, field marketing, customer service, or merchant acquisition is a plus
- Comfortable talking to business owners and handling objections
- Good communication skills (English and Filipino)
- Familiar with Facebook, Messenger, and basic online tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willing to do outreach and follow-ups consistently

- Field sales or community outreach background
- Own smartphone and reliable internet connection
Compensation
PHP 15,000 β 25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Performance-based incentives / commissions per onboarded provider
