Job Description:
AjuneBPO Calapan City is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. We offer additional incentives for voice campaign accounts and warmly welcome fresh graduates.
Job Responsibilities:
Professionally manage incoming calls by accurately identifying and assessing customer needs, providing appropriate assistance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Effectively resolve issues by clarifying concerns, thoroughly researching and evaluating solutions, implementing appropriate resolutions, and escalating unresolved matters when necessary to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.
Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing appropriate tools to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
Effectively manage customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timeframes, and ensure thorough follow‑up to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction.
Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, efficiently process accounts, and properly file all relevant documentation to ensure compliance and organizational effectiveness.
Consistently adhere to established communication procedures, organizational guidelines, and company policies to ensure professionalism and compliance.
Job Requirements:
Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Computer-literate and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Willing to work flexible schedules, including both day and graveyard shifts
High school graduates are encouraged to apply.
