AI may help with speed, ideas, and data; but it can’t replace human vision, judgement, and heart in design.

If AI doesn’t have empathy, values, and real understanding of people, then it will never truly be an architect.

New Name, A New Chapter : Franza Studio OPC

For 6 years, we've had the privilege of building not just structures, but relationships, dreams, and spaces our clients are proud to call home. Today, we're excited to share a new chapter in that journey.

Franza Architects is now Franza Studio OPC.

This isn't just a change in name. it's a reflection of how far we've grown and where we're headed. Alongside it, we're unveiling our new logo: the "F" rising into the outline of a home, its lines lifting upward like a roof reaching toward the sky.

That upward point is intentional. It's our way of saying that every design, every project, and every milestone we reach is not by our hands alone, all glory belongs to God. He has guided our work from the very first blueprint, and we trust Him to guide every one we draw next.
