Ken is a seasoned executive and board-level advisor with over 40 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence in the automotive and industrial sectors. He combines deep industry expertise with hands-on leadership, helping companies navigate M&A, restructuring, post-merger integration, strategy ex*****on, and corporate governance.
Ken’s career spans senior leadership roles with Samvardhana Motherson Group, Britax, VDO (Continental), and Tridonic Atco, where he successfully led complex operations across Australia, China, India, Thailand, South Korea, the Philippines, New Zealand, and the Middle East. He has been a CEO, Board Chairman, and Director, overseeing businesses from start-ups and acquisitions to multinational operations.
From Shanghai, China, Ken directed SMR and SMG’s Asian operations, delivering tangible results in commercial management, operational optimization, M&A ex*****on, governance, finance, strategy, and talent development. His industry expertise spans automotive components (suspension, lighting, mirrors, door trim, wiring, plastics) as well as lighting control systems, electronics, and white goods.
