Davao HR Consultancy and Total Solutions is looking for an 𝐇𝐑 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 to join our growing team and support the day-to-day HR requirements of our clients.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Male or Female
• With or without HR experience
• HR-related certifications are an advantage
• Knowledge of current and emerging HR practices is a plus
• Must have reliable internet access and a working laptop
• Must be organized, responsive, and able to handle multiple HR tasks
• Willing and able to conduct occasional client visits within Davao or Tagum
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in Human Resources are welcome to apply

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Conduct recruitment and applicant screening
• Facilitate employee orientations and onboarding
• Assist in payroll preparation and processing
• Prepare and process incident reports and HR documentation
• Respond to employee and client HR concerns and queries
• Monitor employee leaves, attendance, and other HR records
• Process and monitor government-mandated benefits
• Provide day-to-day HR support to assigned clients
• Conduct client visits and provide on-site HR support as business or operational needs arise
• Perform other HR-related functions as may be assigned

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞:
Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday work will depend on operational requirements. If there are no scheduled tasks or client requirements, the workweek will be Monday to Friday.
