Job Summary:

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and managing inventory movement, stock accuracy, and warehouse coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves handling multiple SKUs, monitoring stock in and out transactions, coordinating with operations and warehouse teams, and maintaining accurate inventory records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements
- Handle inventory in and out transactions and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams regarding stock availability
- Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
- Monitor multiple SKUs and ensure proper stock organization and tracking
- Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare inventory reports and stock monitoring updates
- Maintain organized filing and documentation of inventory records
- Assist in improving inventory systems and warehouse processes
- Ensure timely encoding and updating of inventory data in the system

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business-related course
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehousing, merchandising, or manufacturing
- Experience in a manufacturing or merchandising environment is an advantage
- Experienced in handling multiple stocks and SKUs
- Knowledgeable in inventory in and out processes
- Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
- Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Keen to details and highly organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Has initiative and can work with minimal supervision
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Trustworthy and dependable in handling inventory records and stock monitoring

Position Summary:

This is a full-time onsite role, based in Davao City. The Production Planner is responsible for developing and managing production plans and schedules to ensure efficient operations and timely product delivery. This role analyzes demand forecasts, production capacity, and material requirements to optimize manufacturing processes.

The Production Planner collaborates closely with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources needed to meet production targets. The role requires strong analytical capability, adaptability to management systems and operational tools, and the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, production capacity, and operational requirements.
- Analyze production forecasts and translate them into material requirements and production plans.
- Analyze production capacity including manpower, machine availability, and operational constraints to ensure production plans are achievable.
- Review and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements to ensure accurate material planning and production ex*****on.
